How do I approve the design before printing starts?

We provide 3D digital mockups for every order. Production only begins once you sign off on the layout.

How do I ensure the final product matches my design?

We provide a High-Resolution 3D Mockup for your approval before any fabric is cut. This includes detailed placements of logos, player names, and numbers. For large bulk orders, we can also provide a physical pre-production sample upon request to ensure colors and fabric feel meet your expectations.

What customization techniques do you offer?

We specialize in professional-grade sports apparel technology, including:

  • Heat Transfer & Vinyl: Ideal for individual names and numbers.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We are built to support both growing clubs and large organizations. Our standard MOQ starts at 10 pieces per design. However, for specific high-end performance fabrics or custom-dyed materials, the MOQ may vary. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote.

What is the standard lead time for an order?

Typically, production takes 12–15 business days after the final design approval. Shipping time depends on your location but usually ranges from 4–7 days via express couriers like DHL or FedEx. We also offer "Rush Order" services for teams with upcoming tournament deadlines.
